Is this computer good? chose AMD because of budget reasons.

AMD FX-8120 CPU (8x 3.10GHz/8MB L2 Cache)
8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module (G.Skill Ripjaws)
AMD Radeon HD 6450 - 1GB
and pretty much standard everything else that ibuypower

EDIT: what about these?

Here's a tutorial on how to use WinToFlash:

Tip: When you finish the first steps using the USB method, Windows installation process will require to Reboot the system, when that happens, you MUST take out the USB drive and there will be no need to put it back again.

You guys are making it sound like its the worst computer in the world. I just want to know if it was a good computer? Can somebody please answer me without saying "you could get it cheaper..." or "it is way overpriced". I need something for games, that's it.
