Ok just go on bypass.
Go to settings and go all they way down to network settings and then go to internet connection settings and click ok and chose custom not easy and go all the way till you see proxy server and enter in the firs one 216.155.139.115 then in the port number enter 3128 then once you do that go all the way and hit X on save settings HIT CIRCLE ONE IT SAYS TEST CONNECTION DO NOT DO IT! once you hit circle then go to game and go up till you see Game data utility and go in there and delet MW2 data then just start the game and play TDM or Free for all those are the best game modes for hacked lobbies
