I have 5.97 on PayPal but it won't let me send it!

I realy want gold but I can't send the money

Does anyone have an empty visa or something?

Or is there any way to take away the spending limit witthout adding a card or bank account?

there is no way. you need a card or bank account or something.

do not google, how to verify paypal with credit card or anything. yeah, don't do that.

You must add a Debt Card or a Bank Account to take of your limit.
And the card can't be a Credit Card.

make a canada account and u have no limits

You must have a Credit/Debit Card on your Paypal.
