im getting the E71 error and this is not a hardware problem so doeas anyone know how to fix it?

Isn't E71 the RRoD? If so, just send your xbox to ms or find someone to fix it for you on TTG.

ways to fix.. Replace your X-Clamps. Or GPU Reflo. What happened when you get this error.. Dashboard Error Error within Xam.xex: possibly a dashboard update error. instructions.. Clear Any Failed system updates that cause the console to error. With the console off, press and hold the sync up button. While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely. Hope i helped.

no its on my jtag and its not really rrod its more of a swoftware issue with the dash board when you try to update dash board with usbu it does it sometimes so ya also my screen is all black and white so ya

i think its just the dashboard because boots up the jtag menu when i boot up with eject button

well this kind of error appears when there is a dashboard update failure and it boots up on the eject jtag menu fine. also this happened when i plugged my jtag into a network so ya
