IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO CHALLENGE LOBBIES ON TU7!
DEV.GSC (The .gsc that contains the unlock all dvars ISN'T compiled on TU7)
THAT MEANS NO CHALLENGES, EVER!
STOP BEING STUPID!!!
Now, with that out of the way let's get on to the lobby and how it works.
When you join I will start a private match. It will last for 5 seconds.(don't bother trying to kill yourself there's no XP at this point. The game will end and we will merge into pub's. The next match will be the modded lobby.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMMANDO PRO ON AND A GRENADE EQUIPPED!!!! SPEEDS ARE INSANE AND YOU'LL NEED THE GRENADE TO SUICIDE IF YOU GET STUCK!!!!!!
