okay I know that I'm going to sound like a noob but please help me if u just comment below and say u don't deserve a jtag or noob just go the **** away

Okay here's my problem I can't figure out my jtag...I have xex menu installed I have 3 folders in it called cache...content...games.In my games folder I have 4 folders mw3...mw2...cod4....cod waw. I want to use the new mw2 lobby system.I have the modded code post....modded xex default mp...Ihc .dll...and the xex launcher.please help me out.these are the steps I do.
1) put the tu7 title update in the cache folder
2) install mw2
3) paste the modes code post mp into the original code post gfx mp
4) paste the modded default xex mp inti the original default xex mp
This is where I get confused
5) paste the default xex launcher into the system update folder at the very top of the list after u install the game
6)paste the Ihc.dll into the system update folder at the very top of the list after u install the game
7) scroll down the list to look for the xex default launcher but can find it
8)get **** pissied

I have tried pasting the launcher into my games file and starting it up that way but it black screens and I have also tried to paste it into my mw2 folder and start it up from there but get the same results

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG CAN ANYONE HELP ME I WANT TO RUN LOBBY'S ON MY RETAIL BUT CAN'T BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME I WOULD GIVE U TENTH ON MW2 and rep I just want to fix this really badly!!!!
