Here's my oppinion:

Tosh0, no one cares if you got a better offer afterwards. You took dirtyboy's money and you need to give him his code. Even if you're too much of a douche to give him the code, you should have immediately given him his money back, because that's the next best thing to do. You shouldn't keep it and not give him anything in return. That's just **** retarded, and I don't understand your logic.

dirtyboy, this is why you don't trust kids on the internet. You don't know them, and if they aren't even a little bit honest, they have no reason to be held to your standards. You should've asked for your money back immediately, rather than throwing a bi tch fit. People are nicer and more likely to uphold their ends of the deals you make with them when you don't accuse them of scamming you before they even have.

All in all, I'd have to side with dirtyboy though. Tosh0 should've immediately refunded him.

Furthermore, this is another PRIME example of why you shouldn't trade with kids over the internet (even gold members on ttg)

Here's what needs to happen:

Tosh0 needs to stop using the excuse that he has a 25k trade limit and let dirtyboy choose how he gets his money back (i.e. red portal, drop trade, wilderness, etc.)

I can't imagine anyone would disagree, but if you do, defend your point below.

In complete honestly i didnt throw a fit. In fact i was pretty sure this was a scam and i paid the 10m to avoid other people losing money. Also, if it turned out to be legit then i wouldve gotten a very good deal. Also, tosh0 isn't man enough to give it back. Hes blocked me and ignored on runescape.

what needs to happen is it gets dropped.

Dirtyboy: his fault for trusting a random person on a site where selling/trading is not allowed and also knowing nothing about the kid.

Tosh0: what he did was very cheap and rude.

Conclusion: Tosh0 pays dirtyboy 5m so he realizes his mistakes and Tosh0 doesn't get full profit. tosh0 should also get a new badge called "not trustworthy" lol.

Just my opinion.

What needs to happen is:

1.) People need to stop spamming the RS discussion with pointless topics like this one. It was his fault for trusting him. If he read the rules, he wouldn't of traded him on TTG in the first place.

2.) Tosh0 should get either suspended or banned from TTG. Obviously he is not a trust worthy member and he's a low life crumb.

3.) I feel bad for Dirtyboy, but he is responsible for his own decisions.
