That looks fine. Except I would recommend a 7200 RPM HDD just for faster load times, but it's not necessary.
Your video card is PCIe 3.0 x16 and your motherboard only supports up to PCIe 2.0 x16, so look for a different video card.
CPU cooler: Would recommend upgrading on that too, just because if you plan on really pushing that system and playing games on max setting, your CPU will overheat very quickly.
