yes for the third time i know as i said before it will be the big offenders and the people who upload the content but just because they won't arrest you and me doesn't mean it's not wrong and unconstitutional.

lemme try to explain this as much as possible

how can they watch EVERYONE?

Wouldn't they need the same number of people working for them as the number of people their monitoring?

say their monitoring 500,000 people at once

wouldn't they need 500,000 employees to watch them?

thats where i find this incorrect.

There is no way, they could fine over half of America 150,00$ for each copyrighted infringed material they downloaded. Impossible.

you don't get it.
you're telling me that isp don't have 500,000 employees? and even if they don't they do not require that many. Thats where computers come into play im assuming they will just skim through every person or search for key words. or they will look at everyone and only fine the big offenders and the people that upload the content.

but i understand where you're coming from but i assure you this is real.

the question is not when or will it happen, the question is how they will go about it. as far as that goes im completely with you

Does it count if they sent me a fine letter and never took me to court or wanted the fines? or did they just feel bad and drop the case

GOP 2012

i will say this for a 4th time they will only fine and track down major offenders and the people that upload the content

as for your GOP 2012 thing i do hope your talking patriots like Ron Paul not the republican party in general because what people don't realize the only other person besides ron paul that polls well against obama is romney and he has almost identical polices on everything from foreign policy to health care. many people dont know that mitt romneys health care for Massachusetts was the blueprint for obama care. Also he flip flops CONSTANTLY. As for Santorum hes not conservative at all even though he claims to be the most conservative, i just laugh at the thought of that just look up his voting record. As for Gingrich he's a war and fear monger living in a fantasy land. Ron Paul is the ONLY consistent and true candidate and hes what America needs and wanted at the beginning of the election until they cheated him out of Iowa and several other states and he gets NO mainstream media coverage. i assure you that he would be the front runner if the GOP did not commit election fraud on numerous occasions and was not portrayed as a terrible and crazy person and a not able to win candidate by the mainstream media. thats why romney will get the nomination because people that hate obama blindly vote for him and Santorums votes are the religious and any one but romney votes. they have no real reason but that. But if you go up to a Ron Paul supporter you know exactly where he stand on all the issues. i myself would say "he stands for personal liberties, peace, ending the fed, having a gold standard or at least as an alternative to the inflated paper money, ending the pointless war on drugs that is not working rather making it worse,a strong national defense,he will end Income tax i don't know anyone that does not want half their paycheck back instead of it going to the government, and numerous other things that i can't think of at the moment.
As for he can't win he's already won. He leads in the young vote which means the next generation will have these views. He's doubled in all states from his votes in 2008(except Nevada btw totally admitted fraud)and in some even tripled and quadrupled his votes. He does not want power he wants to spread the message. The message has been spread and will be passed down through other messages. As for winning the GOP nomination his chances are slim but has a chance to win in the delegate count if it goes to a 2nd,3rd or even 4th vote. But even if he doesn't win the nomination even though the mainstream media doesn't want to admit it he will have a big influence on the nomination. Lastly if anyone but ron paul becomes the GOP nomination obama will likely when because ron paul supporters will only vote for Ron Paul

Ron Paul 2012. For Peace,Gold, and Liberty
