If you download potentially copyrighted software, videos or music, your Internet service provider (ISP) has been watching, and theyre coming for you. Specifically, theyre coming for you on Thursday, July 12.
well you might think this is a good thing. but you have to look at the big picture. this is in DIRECT violation of our 4th amendment. This Is invasion of privacy because they are WATCHING you, constantly. everything you do will be monitored so get ready!
Also, a week ago the CIA director openly stated that all new appliances will be spying on all of us!(Ex. washer,dryer,dishwasher) and said it's a GOOD thing.
See that's how the system works at first they deny it. then they openly admit it but they say it's a "good thing" when in reality it just uses these false attacks to guide the sheeple in the way to give up their liberties. This is not just for wars but also in the online community. For example kony 2012 is war propaganda that uses the title of "humanitarian" to get to the anti-war people. When in reality the only people that benefit are the 6 mega banks and the military industrial complex. now what do you know in the house a bill has been introduced to invade Africa.what a quiescence
All in all this should regonized not as anti piracy but an invasion of our personal liberties.

100 bucks says that if this doesn't work they will convince the public it is for their safety and that people that pirate things are out to get them and everyone else.

SO MANY people download copyrighted shtt
how will they track EVERYBODY
the only thing i really even download copyrighted is programs such as Photoshop, C4D and Sony Vegas

yea i assume they will go after and fine the people that are big offenders or upload the content. Which is fine but this idea that it's legal to spy on ALL Americans, not just the people who pirate things which is already bad enough, that's crazy and illegal but this is completely insane

lol i agree. they won't as i stated in my reply to the poster above you it will be the big offenders and the people who upload the content. but don't you see something wrong with your isp and law enforcement and government agencies spying on your internet usage.imo the internet is a private thing.

yes that was for if you were caught in a crime. they would pull your history logs and see what sites you had been on in the days before your crime. BUT NOW they are saying look we don't care if you're good or bad, even if you've never committed a crime we will be watching your every move on the internet and when i say every i mean it.
what your saying is correct but it's more of a monitor not a im watching your every mov type of thing.

it is not a US thing it is a company thing fueled by special interest of the top elite and i mean the top not the companies but the 6 big mega banks that control everything.
that being said i don't think the companies signed on to the voluntary so called graduated response plan apply to anywhere else but the us but i will post a list of the ones that are signed on the list
Time Warner Cable, Cablevision, Comcast, Verizon, AT&T and others
m not sure what others refers to but im assuming some smaller local companies but i can not confirm that

That is so messed up, we have the right of privacy and we cannot be seizured/spayed on without a legal warrant. They are slowly trying to take our rights away.
