im kind of new here, i share an account with my friend and i was just wondering how to rank up in reputation power.

If people give you rep or the amount of posts you make. 25 posts = 1 rep power

so once i get a rep point and i click on rep + it will disappear?

No it just shows how much rep you can give to a person at a time. You can rep up to 10 times every 24 hours

No, your rep power will stay the same. So let's just say I have 100 Rep and I give you 50, my rep is still going to stay the same and you will need 50 more rep points to get 1 rep power.
