I have a 20 pound pre-paid card on GAME that i wanna use before they close the stores, and im thinking about buying GoW 3 is it worth it?

If you have played either 1 or 2 imo I think they combined both and made it into the 3rd. It's really good if you got a team of friends that play it.
So if you enjoyed either one of the two and have friends who play it then yes I do suggest it. If you don't have any friends that do, its probably best not to get it unless your able to meet new people on games easily. Since gears is a team based games and not like cod you might her angry a lot if your not in a team who communicates.

Like ACTIVEz said, if you have previously played the
Gears 1 and 2 then definitely get Gears 3!
If you've understood the campaign from 1 and 2, Gears of
War 3 will be a game breaking experience. :/ Emotional

im a huge call of duty fan and i will say gears is amazing i only play with one mate and have loads of fun but if you can get more mates on it will be alot more fun it is also easy to make friends on the game unlike cod where everyone hates everyone

Well this is my opinion, gears is better than cod and I use to love cod, in gears you need more skill and quick thinking but once you have gotten use to it you will love it, campaign is amazing aswell, by all means BUY IT!!
when I first got gears I absolutely hated it (multiplayer) but I played it again and again and got better and started to think it is amazing

Yes I think you should get it.
If your new to the whole series defiantly play the casual online playlist before you get on the regular online playlists.

I defiantly think you should get it. It is really cheap now and is a great game to play with friends because you have a wide variety of options on the game.

Ok the campaign is a great one horde really nice sorta like zombies but WAY better and beast on insane is a really fun thing to do oh and mutiplayer just watch out for the as*holes most a god sports others arent hope you have fun if you decide to get it

Yes you should.The community is a lot better than the COD community.Fun to play and a great overall game.
