all the first perks are locked.. has anyone seen this before.. does anyone know how to fix.. all others that can be unlocked are unlocked.. Double tap, overkill, UAV jammer.. ect.. but the lower ones are locked.. if someone has seen this and can suggest i would appreciate it thanks
