My X11's do the same thing, also the cord is way to long, I don't see why anyone would need like a 20 foot cord, it just causes huge tangles and is annoying as :idea: .

I am using Turtle Beach X31 but I also have a pair of Trittion AX720s and 2 pairs of X11

yea i had a pair of those but they broke well i broke them, but they were ok.
