Ok so this issue is on most of my videos and the reason for that is i cannot find any solution to fix it!

...so what is the issue? not seeing anything major... if its the campers or glitchers... its not an issue that is in ur ability to change.

Solution: Record The Game Whilst Playing And Not In Theater Mode

Well Then Edit Your Rendering Settings Or Recording Settings Because Its The Main Problem With MW3 But It Shouldn't Be Like That When You Are Recording Whilst Playing

You have to use the most modern version of totalmediaextreme and drivers for your pvr to fix the flickers

No You Don't!! I Use Total Media Extreme 1 And It Works Fine With My Videos
