So my falcon got the E74 error.
Fixed it, x-clamped it, had it running blah blah blah
Put FSD on a USB, had it running, started cranking up the fans and it just shut off and spat out a 0031 error at me.

Lets see....
-Has runner coolrunner installed
-Had a 12v fan mod via dvd drive (put in a normal dvd cord and normal fan)
-Had Foil over heatsinks

Yea, so if anyone has any suggestions let me know.
Maybe one of you guys want to buy it? idc let me know.
Ill try and do another reflow in the morning.

Did it work after you put it all back together? If not, you might have put the DVD drive power cord in backwards.

If not, you probably have the X-Clamps too tight or in a bad spot where they are shorting out a capacitator.

If that doesn't work then the RAM or Southbridge may need a reflow.

now that you mention it, it didnt work after i put it together. I lossened up the heatsinks but that didnt help. Weird thing is that when i had FSD loaded, all the temps were low. I know there southbridge temp so maybe thats the cause. Ill have to take a look at it later.

e74 = bad solder connection between the GPU and mainboard, for long lasting repairs instead of short temp fixes i would recommend a professional reflow or make it newish by doing a reball.
