I am muted...where do i go to send a veto to jagex asking to be unmuted..can someone tell me how please if there is a way...

If your perm muted then you can request to be unmuted and see what you did by looking at your messages, sign in at the homepage.

I thought mutes were temporary? Wait it out a bit and you may be unmuted. If not I don't know. Contact support I guess.

Log onto your account on the homepage, then go to 'Account', then go to Appeal Offence.
Once you are there, you pretty much tell Jagex you're sorry and other stuff to have them unmute you.
