hey guys, so today i tried to sign into xbl, and i get the message;
"This account is suspended due to a problem with your payment method"
I'm using a paypal account with no money on it, but that's never been a problem before, I've never charged anything to it,
i recently activated a 12 month prepaid card, which i thought had taken effect, but i got the following email from xbox:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
how do i solve this problem and get back on live??

It means your live ran out and your account was on auto renew, but there was no money on your PayPal to charge.
The suspension time is the same length of time as the gold that was supposed to be renewed.
If you ring them up and ask to put up a new payment option with money on it I'm sure they will charge that and unban you account though.

no, i just redeemed a 12 month like a month ago, and my account was never on auto renew at any point.

update: if i go on my xbox, it says my current membership is a prepaid 12 month xbox live gold card that ends february 2013, renewal price: N/A

it might not of been a problem but it takes time for them to notice that just call up and pay your fees.
