to be honest, no sites are 100% legit. dont believe bots that stand in the grand exchange and say website addresses. cause at least 90% are going to be lying.

yes over my runescape playing time ive bourght money here and there and they are legit, they phone you up to see if your transaction with the seller has gone smoothly if it hasnt they can offer a refund only if the right proof is given to them.
