Do other games work fine? It may not be your actual disc, Could be your xbox drive....

if the disk is not scratched then it its the disk tray or the laser which reads the game
not cheap to fix unfortunatly

My laser reader went out before, it seemed to fix itself, I still got the original xbox 360, RROD 6 times, and it's still works like a charm today (: It's my trooper

It's definitely the disk tray, as Minotaur said, but it can be an easy fix, if it's the laser then you can simply tweak one of the two copper screw looking objects, then it should work fine, you can find tutorials on youtube. If it doesn't then you may replace it as they are pretty cheap. If it's the disk tray that's the problem then it needs the whole thing to be replaced which can cost roughly 30 if I remember.
