How is it possible for people to sell WoW gametime from RaF? I bought 10 months for $25, I sent the guy 10 RaF requests to one email them 10 minutes later I had 10 months of gametime on my account. How is this possible without upgrading each account to a full account and buying one month of time, which would make you lose money?

He will chargeback on his credit card after you've received the gametime. Therefore he gets his money back. His gametime gets frozen but yours does not.
However its not a good idea to buy large amounts as its more likely you'll get a ban. But dont worry a ban is unlikely
