Well, 2 months ago I decided to get a gaming rig. I have an AMD Phenom II x6 1100t and GTX 560 1gb. i was wondering if it is normal for when Im playing games like cod for small objects to pop up in sight (ex. bricks, crates, etc.) I notices this in BF3, COD4, and Skyrim. It doesn't bother me, just wondering. Btw, I get good frame rates on all these games, so I don't think its a performance issue.

It's just the game rendering the 'objects' as you approach them, my game does it some times.

Yeah thats normal. I'm pretty sure there is a setting to stop that though. This happens for PCs that cant handle all the objects being on view during the whole game, causing FPS drops.
