if i were to sell my xbox and get a new one how would i get my account deleted and then recover it onto the new xbox is this possible please help me out thanks.

And wouldn't you just take out the hard drive? And yeah you can delete your account and recover but I don't think you will have all your stuff tht was on your old xbox.

Yes, it's possible. You can recover your account, if you have the login information.
Just goto your Xbox Live guide, and select "Download Account" and go from there.

just go into memory then accounts. then delete it

You either keep the harddrive or go to the settings on your xbox and delete your profile.
