I've missed like 18 days this year :L I think my schools given up on me even tho i do well in exams and in class none of my teachers care :/

Just try to get better soon because 9-10 days is a lot to miss. Try to call a friend and ask them what you missed and if they can fax you HW

Whenever I miss 10 days at school the principal sends a letter home saying I can't miss anymore days without a doctors note or I will get an unexcused absence. Unexcused absences aren't really that bad. At my school they tell the teachers if a student has one they aren't allowed to make up what they missed but only the :idea: teachers follow that rule. I'm sure if you get like 10 unexcused absences then you will probably get fined.
