Ok im on my moms PC so i can try to fix but on my HP computer windows 7 the moniter is build it but I'm turning it on but nothing pops up.
Please help!

Edit: Ok now it turned on and the boot menu and then it showed the "_" and then it started flashing like red green blue white gradiant and the colors change speed was about 3 seconds

This happened to me and it turned out my motherboard was fried.

Is it a black screen with a flashing "_" on the top left?

it seems like you need to restore your operating sysetem or reinstall it.
