Sorry for the spam of it just to make sure you get the message.
Also may only work for UK Residents as it does refer to the Data Protection Act 1998 but if your country has something similar, use that instead of this.
when you go into a live chat, say can i cancel my account? If they ask for your gamertag and email, give it them. When after they search you on their database and say 'Your account is banned for VP Cheating' say this
You must cancel my EA Account, it is under the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal information may be kept for no longer than is necessary and must be kept up to date.
They must cancel as it IS the law.

They will tell you to email privacy_policy @ ea.com do that and mention about the Data Protection Act 1998. May work May not. Worth a try aye?
This WILL delete your Ultimate Team.
You need to know your date of birth on the banned account when they ask for it.
MAJOR MAJOR UPDATE!!:
SIGN OUT OF EVERYWHERE WHERE THIS ACCOUNT IS.
IF THIS IS THE EMAIL YOU USE FOR EVERYTHING (xbl, porn websites, stuff like that ) YOU WILL NEED TO LINK IT WITH ANOTHER EMAIL!!!!!!! DO THAT BIT YOURSELF.
The method above will NOT work. So i have came up with another one.
What you have to do is that you delete/close you email that is linked on EA via hotmail or the domain you have. I have hotmail so i'll base it around that. So go to this:
Sign in with banned ea mail address on hotmail dot com
click on the top right hand corner where your name/username is
click on 'Account'
Go to bottom and the fourth option from bottom it should say 'Close your account'
Do so and keep on clicking each option that says 'Close account'
IF IT COMES UP WITH CLOSE HOTMAIL ACCOUNT CLICK ON THAT LINK!!
it will close and DONT sign in with that email address ANYWHERE for the next 10 days!!
So thats no FIFA or any other EA game for the next 10 days!

I went to try this but my wait time is fixed on 20 minutes. If anyone has any success with this please post the chat between you and the advisor on here.
i got as far as speaking to a supervisor but they would not put my case through to 'security' due to invalid proof. so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Any news on whether it works or not. I dont want to try it unless it does cause i think i pissed them off already, my gamertag has been wiped from database they say, so they cant even find my profile to tell me im banned, before i i can ask them to unban me.

If your gamertag is wiped off the database, link it to another EA ID and youre good to go back online
