go to market place and download an app called 4Shared
make an account
now search for an app and push and hold on it
make sure its an .apk file
now add to your account
and go download it!
it should ask you to instal it
..Thats it
EDIT: the account is for the 4shared website, 4shared is like megaupload.

Android already has sections in its filters for free apps on the market place.

The only account that is required for "free" apps is a Google account.

Downloading apk files from an untrusted / 3rd party source is not recommended as these files can be modified to do undesired things on your system that you are carrying around in your pocket!

NOTE: Always look at ratings in the official market place as well, not all apps are as they seem!

if you want free cracked pro versions of apps, go to this website, not one downloaded app i have got has screwed up my system, also there have been no reportings on any viruses to take credit card info or passwords ext..
