reason 1: he raps from his heart Example:Mockingbird

reason 2: he raps about how life really is!

reason 3: he doesn't rap all about "Money,girls,drugs.." all the time

reason 4: you can learn a lesson from his songs!

Lyrics don't make you the best rapper. They are a big factor, but they don't make someone the best.

2pac and bigge were the best because they never had a chance to have a downfall but yea 2pac was one of the best I go with biggie though like one man said "Biggie wasn't fat..........he was just filled with lyrics".
