I'm thinking the same thing ever since MW2 came out its been full of glitches and hacks and failed patches and since they cant fix it there just getting MS banning XBL users Xbox. +1 for Treyarch

Good luck with that. You really think sueing a multi-billion dollar corperation is going to get you anywhere? No, it won't. What are we? 12? Every kid says that, "I'm gonna sue them." When really, you're far to young to take anyone to court, and good luck with affording the few grand Lawyer costs, to lose a case.

@Everyone: You got banned for a reason, so don't act surprised. If you only got temporarily banned, suck it up, and be glad that's it. And if you got console banned, no one should feel bad for you. You got 100% what was coming for you. If you think scamming people for MS points and XBL membership and Actually money isn't a good enough reason to get banned, what is?

You must be unsure with common terms. When I direct a, "What are we?" question, that means I'm directing it to the user I quoted, and no one else. "WE" being the user. It's used as a smart ass response to people. I'm saying 12, because that is how he acts, and it's always the younger-kids/teens that always say they are going to sue someone.

And no, there is absolutely no possible way he can win a case against Microsoft. Considering he can't afford lawyers.
