However if I must, I would like to see something like saints row where you could customize any car with near any addon.
I believe i remember in SR2, I once created a golden ambulance? That would be neat. :p

Rumors have been going round that it may be coming out on May this year which I doubt, but if it isn't then I doubt they will be testing.

i hope that they come out with a co-op mode

I'm sure they will release it sometime this year. Why would they release it on the older gen consoles next year when the new gen consoles are so close?
