You are supposed to pick out of those components.
But even if you picked all the best parts it would not play all games on max.
Laptops are not meant for gaming. Always build your gaming PC yourself. I recommend newegg.com for the components.

Yeah none of those parts no matter which way you match them up would run EVER game on max

Games are constantly developing and that hardware in any combination won't run even the latest games at max. Always good to future proof a computer and this isn't the way of going about it.

No. As Cawnah said, laptops aren't for gaming and those aren't exactly high-end parts
