How to apply? well Machinima isn't like other companys where you go to them and apply on a website etc. Machinima will come to you but have started to expand over the world with the like ok Ken Burton who's now the EU/UK community manager. Youtube him to find out more.
If you're inside the US Machinima suggest you use the respawnarmy app which can be found on facebook they say that's the best way to get your videos out there.

The gamestation is yet another big company, they've been around not aslong as Machinima but still in my opinion Machinima biggest rivals. Now thegamestation will either come to you or you can go to them.

Yeousch is a fairly new company they've been around for around 9-10 months now but have started coming into the youtube picture alot more, they partner gaming GFX sports and more. In all the companies i've noticed these have been easy to contact and easy to deal with, how you apply for partner is very simple but they say you need to average.
Requirements:
Your channel must have at least 1,500 subscribers.
Your channel must have at least 75,000 upload views.
Your channel must NOT have any copyright infringement strikes.

TGN Is also a very new network, and the majority of people who don't seem to get the subs but some how get the views seem to be joining TGN alot now, they're an ever growing company which I'd recommend to anyone who thinks they've got the views. TGN say you must be gaining around 2-5k video views daily now that's a large amount so i suggest checking youtube stats before applying.

The Vexon staff simply say you must have no copyright strikes or infringements on your channel, if you've got any of these you've got no chance of getting partner not just with these but with any company.
VexonGames have a strictly 800-1000+ views daily before you'll be accepted as a partner now director is a different thing so if you're wanting to become a director you'll have to contact them via youtube pm system.
