i actually just deleted the video i had to do it lol
but do this
open itunes, hook up device to computer, wen your device beeps and shows up on itunes, you right click on the device and click backup, or maybe it says create backup(idr, i have my cloud do it for me once everyday)
after you do that, go to restore and restore it, then after its all set up, click the lastest(most recent) backup you have,
