Not really because "Strange marks" doesn't exactly mean a bite mark, i just thought they looked weird and then thought about all the things that recently happened and that these could infact have been Vampire bites.

Obviously vampires are not real, there is no way they would be able to live in secret for that long. People would randomly disappear, and obviously someone would notice. The marks are your neck could have been from an insect, or maybe a spider bit you. You could have also scratched yourself in your sleep.
