When you receive your console you will find a piece of paper. This is your warranty. There will be a number on there. For example, it will say: ID:1232131232123123 This is your warranty number, DO NOT LOSE IT. As long as you have your ID number you are covered under our warranty.

We have very specific warranty terms. Xenons have 60 day warranties. Zephyrs have 60 day. Falcons have 90 day. Opus have 90 day. Jaspers have 150 day. Slim have 1 year warranties. We place warranty stickers on ALL consoles we sell. If this sticker is tampered with in any way, the warranty is automatically void and no refund/repair will be issued. If your console is covered under warranty and is not tampered with, we will either refund the payment after you ship the console back, or we will attempt to fix it. If we cannot fix it we will refund you.

All small items will be shipped in Small Flat Rate Boxes- $5

All medium sized items (console only, accessories) will be shipped in Medium Flat Rate Boxes- $10

All large sized items (Console and accessories, 2 consoles) will be shipped in Large Flat Rate Boxes- $15
