Hey TTG
I've been thinking for a while now about making a YouTube for vlogging, I have a funny personality and think I could make it a good channel, I just don't know how to get people viewing and start to get the channel noticed. Any advice and opinions would be great.

Make sure you have an hd camera. Make funny/helpful videos. Tell people about your videos. Leave links on youtube. Have good editing. Thats about all I can say

Post you're stuff all over facebook . Getting friends and family tl spread the word about you works wonders . If your videos turn out to be appealing , funny, and UNIQUE , you'd be suprised how fast word will spread about you .
