hi i have cracked steam and a usb stick with a lot of memory and i have really meesed it up and i need help this is really confusing tough.

i installed steams core files the things that usually go to program files on your local disc C,E,D,G i dont know but i installed them to my usb stick and i got a problem with the program so i went to Control Panel>>All Control Panel Items>>Programs and Features and uninstalled steam because i wanted to re-install it (i had a problem with it) and basiclly it and it failed so it removed it's self from the program list, know i went to where the core file things were saved right clicked and i don't get the option to delete does anybody know what to do

well to start.... there is a delete key on your keyboard. But you need administrator privileges to add or remove files from the program files area....

If you only have the Steam you want to delete on the USB then just reformat it.

Go to:

- My Computer

- Right click the USB, then click Format.

- Either quick format or full forma will do.

You haven't installed anything to the USB, you simply put the files there. So just do it again.

thought about that but i do have tons of stuff on it in the end my dad took it to his work and got his mate to his it it could be deleted on mac
