this is the xbox 360 marketplace, not ebay if it wwas you would catch people selling worse things on here besides beat up blackberry's

well, Mafia, I respect you alot more than that guy but I have also bought a phone from this very section a few months ago.. so I figured it would be ok.. and i also have them on eBay, but I thought they would get some "publicity" here..

technically per the rules its not allowed.

By posting it, this gives other people the indication that they could also sell something non related to xbox 360...

Just saying its probably not the best decision to go against rules,then again i'm no angel
