So I'm a little over an hour in, and this is what I've got so far:

It is almost completely functional. The only bug (that I am aware of) is that after you unhover from any option, the marker stays on the last option you hovered over.

How does it look? How could I improve it?

That font is very similar to one in Skyrim's menus.

It isn't really much of a source. Just some markup, css, and a very small amount of javascript. I'll release the source once I get sub-menus working.
