I will be including the following:
    How to install DotNetBar
How to use DotNetBar on Visual Basic
How to use DotNetBar on Visual C#
    What DotNetBar is
    How you can use DotNetBar
How you can make your forms look better.

How to install DotNetBar

Download DotNetBar - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Note: I am not providing a full free version as that is violating the rules.

Install DotNetBar into a directory you will find it easily e.g. Desktop

Once installed, it should look like the following
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then open up Visual Studio 2010 in my case and then you will want to make a form (any form at the moment) then navigate to toolbox (Located on the left hand side on the screen)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then scroll to the bottom of 'toolbox' and create a new tab 'add tab' and call it for example DotNetBar.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then navigate to your DotNetBar tab located inside the toolbox tab and right click and click 'Choose Tools' a window will now pop open looking like this -
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Click 'Browse and navigate to your DotNetBar folder, once you have found it enter the bin and double click 'DevComponents.DotNetBar2.dll' and click OK.

Then you will now have a tab full of some new awesome tools

Then navigate to Form1.vb then Form1.designer.vb and double click it.

A screen will now open looking like this

Navigate to the inherits section [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then change the text to look like this - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Now your form will look like this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (Drag Ribbon Control to make it look better)

How to use DotNetBar on C#

Make a C# form and double click on your form to get a screen looking like this - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Edit the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Line to make it look like this - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Now your done with C#, it's as easy as that (Note drag ribbon control over before you edit the line) Now it will look like this - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

What is DotNetBar?

DotNetBar is a add on for Visual Studios which makes forms look tidier, neater and easier to use, it a paid product but can be found cracked, google is your friend and ads an array of tools to visual studios you would not normally have.

How can I use DotNetBar?

Just look at the Installation description at the top of the page for information on how to use it

How can I make Forms look better?

You can make forms look better by changing the inherits (Look at the tutorials for more information) and you can also add tab bars and tool strips like shown below.

Drag ribbon control over onto your form. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Change the inherits to make the form neater (Look above in the tutorials for more information, this will make it look like this - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Delete these:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

(Both of these) -> [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Add a couple of buttons - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Now you have a tidy looking Form.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial, which I will be updating as much as possible.

If you go in the install folder for DotNetBar (at least I think that's where they are) there are sample projects that show you how to use everything in the DLL.

DNB is so overused. Basic controls can make a good looking GUI, people just need to know how to actually make a good looking GUI though, and not just slap on DNB and say IT'S AWESOME NOW!

I only did this to show people how to make a better visual program, don't go ranting on about how everyone over uses DNB when i only made this tutorial to help others, if your going to rant take your rage elsewhere.
