On the page which says "Watch Videos" you will see a list of clickable options. The first is "Invite friends" and the second is "Enter bonus code". Once you have clicked on this, you will be directed to a page with a large, easy to find space to add the username of the friend that invited you.

mine does not have the enter bonus code underneath it says priceline hotel and cars??
