Loose: titles, emblems, kills/wins/score leader boards, rank= non prestige level one
Keep: game leader boards( so the kills and rank you have in search you keep so you could have zero kills in the kills leard boards but 5000 in search leader boards), tokens go back to zero tokens but after a day they give you how ever many cods you had previously prestige in, and skill ;)
seemed like a lot of people needed this including me! but i reset myself so i know hope this helps!
