Yes, you recieve one token if you have prestiged at least once on the following:
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
- Call of Duty: World at War
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
- Call of Duty: Black Ops
If you have already prestiged at least once in them you will not be able to earn more tokens for prestiging again.
You can earn a total of 4 bonus Prestige Tokens for prestiging at least once in these titles.
Once you have prestiged you will have to wait for your MW3 playercard to update before you recieve the tokens and for your prestiges to update on your playercard. This can take up to 4 days.

- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
- Call of Duty: Black Ops
If you have already prestiged at least once in them you will not be able to earn more tokens for prestiging again.
