In Gears of War 3. If i have a lvl 100 Silver Account. Meaning i can not play on xbox live with it. Is there any way i can use it to mod my Gold xbox live account?

Nope you need to go online with the lvl 100 account and search for a game, Thats how you do the glitch so if you cant search for games then no you can not do the glitch
