Im guessing the img burn stops after a while so you can't burn the image to the disk?
If so its due to the disk your using to imprint the image on it. I previously made a few iso disks and i had this problem. Just change the disk your using to ones that are known to have better success rates whilst burning images(e.g. verbatim 8.5Gig).
