ask him about when he spawns. It will show your perks, ask if the damage shows up below them.

Its patched :facepalm:

It will still show the dmage proficiency there physically but actually its technically blank as all of my classes that have it shoot normally, Mk = 3shot, Ak47, still a whole clip -_- and so on... If you think it works then its placebo effect.

Then it obviously doesn't work then. The MK14 normally takes 2-3 shots to kill w/o damage.
