I have a job and enough money to buy a new Xbox, and I haven't done anything wrong whether you like it or not.

I made a petition is because I see alot of people's Xbox's getting banned and I think it's abit too far, a suspended Xbox or account I could deal with but paying 200 then your Xbox gets banned? haha No just another way for Microsoft to earn money, fair enough if people do violet the terms of use then I would have no argument but here's the thing and READ closely ok? Also I will translate it in any language you want until you understand (people like you annoy me) I DIDN'T VIOLET THE TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF XBOX LIVE.

Don't waste your time, or the support reps time. The only place you can get information about bans and suspensions, is from the Enforcement Team, in the forums, that is it, and that is exactly what you will be told if you call support or use chat support.

You didn't purple the terms or conditions of xbox live?

Xbox just bans you for random stuff. I got banned for account theft? I hosted lobbies on that account. I never stole anyone's account. If they want to lose gold member, so be it.

People DO get banned for no reason sometimes.
You guys all really think that a company will NEVER make a mistake?
Honestly....
To OP, if you really did nothing, call them up and say that. Be persistent no matter what they tell you.
Yell at them if they won't go further with the conversation, they hate yellers and they aren't aloud to hang up.
