Hello ttg I need know if you guys have this problem happen to you before
This money is being temporarily held in your pending balance. It will be held for up to 21 days. While it's being held, it won't be available for withdrawal.
I had sold a ps3 to someone and I told them to pay for shipping and they did:) However I can't get the money nor shipping becuz there saying I have to ship first to get the funds I'm like wtf??
Did the buyer do something to have this?
I have no money to ship so I said in the mourning ill call paypal and see what's up.
I need to know what to do so any advise will help.

Sir, it sounds like they tried to either scam you out of shipping or you need to ship first.Usually you wait till all payments have gone through to ship but i dont know the policies anymore.
