Has anyone ever encountered this problem? I just bought double xp from the prestige shop and it doesn't show up that i have double xp. It uses the prestige token and everything. help?

Yes it did it to me, I bought double xp and double weapon xp and it just took 2 prestige tokens off me and didnt give me the xp.

Nothing you can do.
