He means give out noclip, you can give noclip to people who can't mod using the script.

I wouldn't just give out noclip to other randoms I come in contact with. And unless the person I give it to can give it out again then I don't see how a bunch of people would get it.
What about giving me the file that has the regular mods on it, because the one i have isn't that great.

Hey noob question but is there a way to mod online without a jtag or ISO, i know you sed somthing about already having noclip. but if so can you tell me a link to the download. Thanx and will +rep if works.
